Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, opened, used, or partially used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
